And even if you haven’t given birth, you can still experience a hormone imbalance. That being said, not everyone will experience a horrible hormone imbalance. This time around, I feel so much more prepared! This was one of those weird postpartum symptoms that no one told me about and took so much longer to correct than I ever imagined-mostly because I didn’t have a good plan in place to get them balanced.
